Ohio: We are in network with Optum, Anthem/BCBS, Aetna, Oxford, Cigna, United Healthcare, and Oscar. We partner with another clinic that accepts many other plans including Medicaid MCOs. Arizona, California, Colorado, Oregon, Illinois: Optum, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare.

This service is longer than follow-up visits and allows for an initial comprehensive evaluation to best determine your needs.

Medication Management
Therapy/Counseling:
During your intake visit, we will work together to decide if weekly counseling or wellness coaching works better for your needs.
This package provides wellness coaching or counseling services at a rate that you are unlikely to find other places. Work with an experienced life coach or psychotherapy provider to find your best self.
ADHD evaluation:
This service entails the initial two one hour sessions and online tool to help with diagnosis. Please note that you may need additional visits to support and explore diagnosis,, and decide your preferred treatment method(s).
Evaluation for Autism spectrum disorder:
We offer evaluation for clients ages 18 and up. . We understand and are passionate about neurodivergence. Evaluation is individualized and the number of visits necessary varies per client.

Sexual Health: Initial visit for HIV Prep treatment: $75 + labs
Periodic STI testing: $50 per visit + labs
We give periodic discounts on services when clients are involved in preventative care, such as routine STI testing, through PsychCare Anywhere.
Bariatric Surgery Psych Evaluation: $100. In some cases, more than one visit may be necessary to fully evaluate readiness for bariatric surgery. Subsequent visits will be subsidized. We believe in access to bariatric surgery for those that wish to pursue it.
Labs: We offer a discount for cash-pay clients for routine labs.
